Evaluation.

At the start I was given a piece of aluminum that was about 180x180mm then I had to scribe and then cut out with a piercing saw then carried on with tin snips then I started to bend my brackets and start to make a box out of the bottom plate, then I had to screw the brackets onto the box after that we went down to the electronics room and started to practiced making circuits after making four our five we were aloud to move onto the real ones we had to solder then together and then put heat shrink and put and LED on each end of the circuit. After this I attached them to a circuit board and started to put them into my box, when I had finished this i started on cutting out my handboards which will be used for me light shade which is still in progress, After that I will put veneer on them and attach them to each other making a 4 sided light shade where the light will come out the top.
The light will be placed at the bottom of the 4 sided light shade and will shine upwards and out the top of the shade.

In week 6...

In week six we had exams but I made time to come in and finish my light box, I had to connect the solar panel to the top of my box and also connect the circuit in the end I finished by my light wouldn't turn on so this is something I will have to look at to fix.
